Obinna Ajoku & Co is a registered firm of legal practitioners based in the Federal Capital Territory Abuja. It was incorporated on the 16th day of August 1991 as a firm of private legal practitioners with business name number BN 795704.

Being one of the few law offices that first established its presence in the Federal Capital City, the firm has grown in leaps and bounds over the years just as the city within which it is situated, moving from its former office in Yaoundé Street in the busy Berger/Zone 6 Area, Nwaora Plaza at Plot 1103 Aminu Kano Crescent and its present office at 6A Goba Close Off Monrovia Street in the high brow area of Wuse II Abuja.

Within this short period of about two decades, many legal practitioners within the Federal Capital territory and elsewhere have undergone their tutelage in the firm and many of them are today successful legal practitioners in the Federal Capital Territory and beyond.

The firm currently has numerous well-seasoned lawyers and sector specific external Legal consultants that handle every aspect of litigation and soliciting for its clients. The firm’s clients range from individuals, corporate bodies to government agencies. The confidence of these class of clients was earned through hard work, diligence, dedication and commitment to the cause of our various clients.

Library and Research Centre

The firm has a very rich and up to date library which serves as its research center. Like a normal library, the materials are divided and shelved into sections for easy identification and use.

The sections include that of the laws of the Federation of Nigeria, all decrees promulgated during the military era, Encyclopedia of forms and precedents, Nigerian Companies and Allied Matters Law and Practice, different texts on the various aspects of law, law reports like Nigerian Supreme Court cases, All Nigeria Law Reports, Supreme court of Nigeria Judgments (SCNJ), Nigeria Weekly Report, Acts of the National Assembly etc.
